Easy Burger Mop

I made some burgers last night. This is just a quickie recipe on the mop I used. A mop is a wet mixture that you baste on during the cooking process.

Easy Burger Mop

1 stick of butter

3-4 dashes of Worcestershire, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce (~1tbps each)

black pepper (don’t add salt this will be plenty salty)

1 tsp crushed red pepper

Melt the butter in a small sauce pan.

Add all the ingredients and cook on medium low for 5 minutes.

Mop on the burgers while they cook. The burger were just ground beef formed into patties. Nothing special. Watch the fat content here. My burgers had a high fat content so the flames on the grill were approaching heavy metal concert levels.

To top the burgers we had fried eggs, bacon, and a little Monterrey jack. (I know milk is not strict paleo, but sometimes its okay)
